LANVIN offers a seamless return process for items in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, within 14 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items and final sale pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your LANVIN account or access the guest order portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring the security seal remains unbroken and all documentation is included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid UPS or DHL shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the package, covering any previous tracking information.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at an authorized collection point or schedule a complimentary courier pickup; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
